Today Tony and I visited nine gardens in Skelton North Yorkshire as part of the National Garden scheme open gardens.
Isn't this a stunning setting for our pie and pimms. That's the North sea on the horizon and it's only twenty minutes from home to this lovely town
Skelton is really hilly so we had a great workout climbing up and down steep steps. One of the gardens is owned by an artist that creates incredible sculptures. The ones above are just three of many in his beautiful garden in The Rectory. We are definitely going to sleep well tonight. I'm working three days this coming week so I'll be able to catch up on all your blog posts without sitting on the floor in my porch. It's the best place for a signal but still hit and miss

Nine gardens! What a lovely day out that must have been. The view is fantastic.
