I'm amazed that I still woke up around 6am even though we've danced our little legs off at not one but two ceilidhs this weekend. Tony is just so much fun and really throws himself into every dance. Not many men would do that without copious amounts of alcohol but he doesn't touch a drop as he's the driver. The ceilidh crowd are great fun and we always know we are going to have a good time.
I'm looking a very fetching shade of lobster red as I sat in the garden reading in the sunshine yesterday. I did put plenty of sunscreen on but the bits that got missed are very pink.
The wisteria over the arch is looking and smelling incredible and I have a day of gardening planned. When Tony gets up we'll pop to a local garden centre for some compost and a browse amongst the plants to see what temps me.

What a very lovely day you have planned. Good luck at the garden centre - they are so much fun at this time of year, aren't they? xx
ReplyDeleteThey are filled with temptation.
DeleteGlad you are having some fun & have some gardening planned too. Not much of that here with our lousy weather which is bad this year so far. Take care in the sun & hugs.
ReplyDeleteAnd there was me thinking Oz was wall to wall sunshine and kangaroos.
DeleteHope you enjoyed the garden centre browsing yesterday. Did you buy any thing?
ReplyDeleteOuch lobster red! That's a painful colour.
I only bought compost and some bedding plants. Nothing too exciting.
DeleteHow divine, that Wisteria will be even more gorgeous as it grows and spreads...so jealous! Sandi
ReplyDeleteIsn't it gorgeous. The perfume fills the bedroom
