So tired

Last night I saw 3 am come and go. I just couldn't fall asleep. Needless to  say I've been like a wrung out rag all day. We're heading home from carving club as I type and I think I'll be heading straight to bed when we get in. It's been a cold miserable day too so gardening wasn't on the cards.  I  felt so grotty that I tested myself for covid but thankfully it came up negative.

    1. Thanks Sooze. I'm feeling less tired even though I didn't sleep very well.

    1. I think my friend possibly has it as she's been really quite poorly. She's telling me people don't have to isolate if they get it. Warning bells are ringing.

  5. Hope you get some proper sleep, as I know only too well, how the lack of a good nights sleep can impact on your health. Seek help if needed. Not much gardening happening here either, as it has been pouring down this morning and Autumn has come with a vengeance. Take care & hugs.

    1. I'm finding that Nytol gives me around four solid hours. I don't want to take it too often though and am using sleep hypnosis videos on YouTube. They help me nod off.

  6. Hope the energy levels have restored themselves Cherie. I had a poopy feeling day on Wednesday this week. I was just shattered & needed an early night. It's nice to snuggle off to bed early sometimes :) x
