Lovely low carb tea

I've had a busy old day today.  I was working this morning and Whist this afternoon. Tea tonight is the simplest meal.  I took two basa fillets and have spread a thick layer of pesto onto them.  I grated some cheddar over them and popped them in the oven.  I'm serving them with salad leaves fresh picked from my garden and some shop bought peppers, cucumber and tomatoes. What are you having.

I cooked it in our mini oven for twenty minutes and it's gone down a storm. Tony has asked me to cook it again sometime soon.

  2. Glad Tony enjoyed and we had a very easy tea after the temperature reach 32.7deg C. Oven baked fish & chips from the freezer, which needed to be used to make room for more blueberries and plums from a neighbour. Oh........and I added a tin of mushy peas. Yes, we do get them here in Oz at the supermarket.(giggle). Take care & hugs.

  4. Hi Jan. Mashed swede is one of my favourite veggies. I'm hoping to grow plenty of swede this year. Have a great weekend. X
