It's been a funny old day weather-wise. We've had rain and sunshine then a proper chilly evening. This afternoon I played whist but luck wasn't on my side today. We discovered that mice had got into the cupboard and nibbled their way through the biscuits and chocolate stash so I am going to take a big tin from my stash so that we can store it all safely. Tomorrow we have friends coming over for supper and a social evening. It'll be lovely to celebrate Tony's retirement with our friends.

The church has had trouble with rats in the past but thankfully this was naughty mice.
