It was a cold dark start to the day today and I caught the 7.15 bus to work rather than chance the train being taken off and leaving me stuck. Tony wasn't able to pick me up last night so it was 6.30pm by the time I got in from work. I was too tired to cook anything so had a quick bacon sandwich. I'm only here till 12 today so I'll cook a nice tea for us both. I've got some lovely lamb chops and they'll be gorgeous with a three veg mash and some fresh veg. I might even blow the carbs out of the water and make some Yorkshire puds. I'm invigilating one to one so can sit and catch up on all your blogs this morning.
That a long work day. I call dinners like that, girls dinner.

DeleteThat's a long day. I hated cooking after being at work for long days. Did you say you were working all week? You'll be well ready for a rest when you get to the end of it!
