It's nearly 3.30 and I'm finished for the day. I'd expected to be here till 4.30 so it's a nice bonus. I cooked a tasty pan of rice in lamb stock last night and it'll be gorgeous as a stir fry with loads of veg. It's taken the pressure off me having to cook from scratch when I get home. Thankfully Tony is picking me up at 4pm so I'm not struggling with public transport. How's your day going.
Always a nice surprise when you get done earlier than expected. It certainly helps that Tony is picking you up - cuts down on that commute time!
