It's nearly the big day

 This morning I spent ages typing a blog post at the library and the darn thing wouldn't post. The signal kept dropping off but annoyingly it didn't even save. I did manage to leave a few comments on blogs before I ran out of time. Hope you are all enjoying the run up to Christmas.  We've had a really sociable fortnight with meals out and friends over. We're going to Alexander's in-laws for bacon butties on Christmas eve. Alexander is cooking Christmas Dinner and Beckahs gran has invited us to a buffet on Wednesday.  I'm already looking a bit tubby but not in the slightest bit bothered. I  need the fat to keep me warm when we get the bitter cold month of January.
