Blimmin Virgin Mobile

This afternoon I took a call from Virgin mobile.  They are doing their utmost to get us to stay with them now that we stopped the direct debit.  Tony was getting so annoyed with them so I took over the call.  The young man kept trying to tell me that the password I was giving was incorrect. 'DO NOT TELL ME LIES bellowed I down the phone.   I pointed out they they had rung us and asked for my husband by name so don't dare tell me that you need that info to access the account. We demanded a PAC code and after a lot of long lengthy silences (I did say very loudly that I would slate them on trust pilot while we were obviously on hold) the young man gave us a code.  I would not recommend either virgin media or virgin mobile to anyone. If this is how they treat loyal customers they really deserve to go bust.
We're off to a ceilidh tonight and can't wait to get on that dance floor. 

ps:  I managed to collect a load of walnuts from one of our local trees.

  1. Good riddance to them! How rude. I don't lose my temper easily but that phone call would have got my goat, too.
