Have a wonderful Christmas

 I did go out for my early walk this morning and was pleasantly surprised by just how warm it was. The rest of today has passed in a lovely gentle manner.  We've done a bit more jigsaw and watched a couple of films. I've just cooked a steak and served it with stir fried veggies which I cooked in bacon fat.  I snipped the fat from some rashers before snipping it into tiny pieces and cooking it until it was crisp and had rendered all the fat out which gave the veggies a wonderful flavour. Virtually carb free and utterly delicious.  I'll be  hitting the Lambrini soon and can report that it's carb free (not kidding) so I won't be too worried about drinking an extra glass or two.
