It's ages since I did any baking and I had loads of windfall apples that would have gone to waste so I have had a baking day. Tony is a happy man as he loves pastry. I am going to suffer tomorrow but oh my goodness it will be worth it. :-)
There's an apple crumble in the oven as I type and as soon as the corned beef and potato have cooled they are going into another pie. This is definitely not a low carb weekend :-) :-) I will freeze some so we can have it when we feel the need for a pie.
Your baked goods look delicious. It hasn't cooled off enough here in the USA for me to use the oven for a baking day. That will happen in a few weeks.
