Hasn't the weather been amazing these past few days. Yesterday Tony and I went to a garden party atmy friends house and it was lovely to be able to sit in the sunshine enjoying the warmth and the food,. I was really good and only picked things that would fit into my Keto diet......... until Jayne brought out the desserts. I had a piece of the most delicious chocolate ferrero rocher cheesecake. Oh my goodness it was nice but very rich and filling. It had been made by her son's girlfriend and went down a storm with everyone. Suffice to say we didn't need any tea last night.
