Last night my friend text to ask what was happening in the field close to where I live. Police cars and ambulances were there. I had a quick look online and discovered that a ten year old girl was missing. People were out looking for her so naturally we threw some clothes on and went out to join the search. It wasn't long before my friend rang to say that she had been found safe and well so we thought that was the end of the matter. It turns out that the activity near to my home was nothing to do with the little girl. It looks as though the body of a young man has been found there. I don't know any details but assume it will be on my local news this evening. My heart goes out to his family at this awful time.
How awful! Poor families both the one whose child was missing but later found and most particularly the other family. Amanda x
