My first sale

I am chuffed to bits today. I've just sold two houseplants on Gumtree for thirty pounds. Tony has dropped them off as he is working over that way and the lady has messaged me to say that she is thrilled with them. I popped a little aloe vera into the box for the lady too as I've been potting some on.  I've told Tony that he has to spend the money on himself as he does enough for me bless him.  

It's like Keto Kitchen here this morning as I try out some keto recipes.  I've just made sugar free meringues using egg white and Erythritol.  They've turned out really nice and tasty.  I used a bit of squirty cream on the meringues when I tested them... well I had to make sure they were edible didn't I.  :-)
