Oh my goodness. Who knew that a simple tray bake of roasted veggies, potatoes and sausages could be so tasty and filling. Another successful meal last night and we are seriously considering continuing with our subscription after the offers run out even though it will be quite expensive. I do intend to try Gousto at some point as the reviews are very good but we have three more weeks before I need to think about skipping a couple of weeks of Hello Fresh to jump ship and give Gousto a try. It's been so convenient just picking up a bag with everything I need for the meal right down to the little packets of mixed herbs or powdered stock needed for the meal. The sausages were beautiful... not those nasty cheap pink things that make me feel ill just looking at them. The sauce was really tasty and the whole meal was lovely.
