In October last year I bought a window vac from them. It stopped working the other week so I contacted the company. They immediately sent me a postage paid label so I could return it to them and I received a new one in the post yesterday. It had been left with my neighbour and we didn't know about it until today. Great customer service and I will certainly be having a look to see what else they sell.
Good for them - it's nice to get great service.
