So many plans

Well the 'big shed' is down and the space it has left behind is vast. I am already eyeing the fence and plan sweetpeas and runner beans to climb in front of it. The garden furniture will fit beautifully with plenty of space for moving around. I could kick myself though as yesterday I took the fleece cover off my little orange tree and moved the tree to a different area of the garden.... Then I forgot to put the fleece cover back on so I am hoping that last night's frost hasn't done too much damage. Last year was the best year ever for orange blossom on it and the scent was wonderful. It lasted for ages too as the tree produced blossom all summer long.  I have had to trim dozens of dried blackened baby oranges off the tree. They wouldn't develop into anything and would sap the energy from the tree. I did leave a few fresh, green little ones as they will look pretty all summer long. Well they will if the frost hasn't killed the poor tree. As soon as the garden is tidied up I will pop back and share a photo so you can see how much more space I have for growing things to eat.

It looks like a wrecker yard right now. I have just taken this photo so you can see a before and after once it's all cleaned up
