I've earned a sit down

It's been a lovely morning so far. The sun is shining and the sky is a pretty shade of blue. I've spent all morning scrubbing propagating stuff and sowing seeds. I've documented it on my other blog if gardening interests you. I've just sat down with a nice cuppa and a scone with jam and cream. I'll have a quick look on you tube then a wander down the garden to knock all the snow off my raised beds. Have you been up to much today?

  1. Hi Cherie, I just hung out a load of washing on the line to dry. I watered the front garden and the orchard, and I plan to wash my car and finish trimming the Locust tree today. I just came inside from knitting on the porch. Those scones with cream look delightful!

    1. That sounds like a productively busy day. Winter here is always very damp so it will be a while before I can line dry my washing.

  2. Well deserved, but I do hope they were warmed up....we kept getting served with "cold" scones in UK, whereas here they are always warmed up for you. I'll pop across to your other blog later today as we are off to podiatrist this morning. Things being turned on their heads again here in Victoria once again & I'm so over the whole thing. Hugs from down under.

    1. I prefer them warm too. Is the virus under control out there or is it rearing its ugly head again?

    2. Rearing it's ugly head again & in full lockdown throughout the whole of Victoria, not just Melbourne, so includes us this time as well.
