Two more kitty cushions

I've spent most of today in the craft room and have just come downstairs for a cuppa. At long last I got around to making a cushion each for the kitties and I have thoroughly enjoyed making them. I am planning on making some new scatter cushions for the sofas and fancy trying my hand at applique.  I have dabbled before but never really set to and completed a project so that is on the cards this week some time. It will keep me out of the pantry and reduce the stash. Having said that my friend Anona down in Brightlingsea tells me that as fast as you use up your fabric someone gives you more.  This is absolutely true and Tony will need to start building a barricade around the house to stop this :-) The cream fabric that I edged and backed the cushions with is part of  a curtain lining that I kept when I shortened some curtains. It's tied in all the different fabrics nicely.... or at least that is my opinion.
