This morning I made a start on my new exercise routine. I got up and had a glass of water before doing a fifteen minute workout with Leslie Sansome. If anyone fancies making a start on a new fitness regime with me we could motivate one another. Seeing as how we are all in lockdown we have got to make the effort to keep our mind and body healthy. The link below is a fifteen minute workout and I think it's fair to say that we can all slot fifteen minutes into our day. I had got into the habit of doing this workout every morning before my morning walk last year but had gotten out of the habit once I stopped walking with my friend. I have no intention of piling on the pounds now and am right back on track.

I keep trying to get start again with exercise myself. I get a couple weeks in and then just drop it. Good luck with your own regime!
