This morning I decided that I would have some banana oat pancakes....in the shape of Christmas trees. Even though I oiled them really well they stuck to the cookie cutters. Need I say more
And it's time to start wearing the disposable Christmas masks. Unfortunately the red ones make my face sweat so they will need a cotton handkerchief to line them. I've stopped reading the blogs of people moaning about wearing face masks because they irritate the heck out of me. It's a very small thing to ask people to do. It does not infringe my civil liberties and I am more than happy to wear one.
| These won't be comfortable without a cotton liner |
| This is made of silky fabric and feels lovely and comfortable. It has a proper filter liner. |
I don't like wearing a mask, but I always do with no moaning like you I know its the right thing to do. Shame about the pancakes.
ReplyDeleteGood for you, I'd unfollow those people too. Luckily I don't know any! xxx
ReplyDeleteOh, those are beautiful. I have been looking for Christmas ones. I agree. I am happy to wear a mask, and am happy to do so as long as it is necessary. The glasses help, too. Thank Goodness for home. I feel fortunate to have a safe refuge.
ReplyDeleteWe wear ours & yes moan when it's very hot, but we still do it as we want to be free of this virus & live our lives normally. Take care.
ReplyDeleteNext time, make the pancakes and then use to cutters to cut out the shapes (nibbling the other bits as you do so!) I like the idea though, thanks.

DeleteThe masks look great and will bring a smile to people but you may not notice because they should be wearing a mask too!!
