Look what I have just received.
Aren't they gorgeous. There's a bit of a story behind them. Tony always buys me cream roses for our wedding anniversary in July. This last year the roses were a huge disappointment and were already looking tired when I received them. I left a review on Yell but heard nothing from the florist. Yesterday I had a message from the florist apologising that they hadn't been in touch. They hadn't seen the review on Yell until yesterday. They asked if they could offer me a bouquet of flowers to make up for the disappointing ones. These flowers are gorgeous and I can't fault the customer service. Tony had often bought me flowers from this particular florist and they were always beautiful. The roses were clearly not of the quality that the florist usually sells. I want to say a huge thank you to Fleur Maison. This bouquet really is lovely.
