Cracking eggs with sticks this morning

I've been for a walk, cooked a big pan of chilli and one of spaghetti sauce.  I wandered out to the veg plot, picked fresh salad leaves and put Tony's cheese and avocado salad together for tomorrows packed lunch and made his overnight oats for his breakfast. Then I set to and stitched the two cushion covers.  I've pinned the cathedral window centres to them and as soon as I have made myself a cup of tea and browsed a few blogs I will sit and hand stitch them to the cushion covers.  And all that before ten o clock. Most retired folk are only just coming to and thinking about getting up. Amazing how much you can get  done if you put your mind to it. It's going to rain later this morning so it's definitely an indoor day.
