| Sweet peas from my garden and four roses from my anniversary bouquet |
Along the lanes I'd love to wend, near Artist's Mews, on Writer's Bend. Where fragrant flowers of every hue sparkle in the morning dew. I wish I lived in Carver's Valley, Quilter's Creek or Cross Stitch Alley. Just think of all the things I'd make, if I lived by Crafters Lake.......... Home made confetti
This morning while picking another bunch of sweet peas from my garden I was a bit reluctant to simply waste the previous bunch as they were still quite colourful though a little tired looking...'''' Brainwave Brainwave'''' moment. Turn the petals into confetti for Alexander's wedding next year. I intend to add any small flower petals that I can collect from the garden and after taking these photos I have added petals from a candy pink pelargonium. When they are dry I will keep them in a box with some desiccant pellets and it will be lovely to use next year.
