Tony has booked today off work as after my walk this morning himself and I are heading over to the Mainsgill Farm shop to spend the £50 gift voucher that Alexander gave us for Christmas. We had intended to spend it at Easter but the lockdown put paid to that. There really isn't anything we need to buy but are half expecting another spike and lockdown and are concerned that it won't get spent before the year runs out. Time is flying away so quickly isn't it.
The scenery around the Farm shop is gorgeous and many years ago we were stunned to see two large camels walking around a field over there. I will try and get a couple of good photos today.
After your post on a possible new spike I have taken your advice and am stocking up on a few items.
ReplyDeleteLook forward to some photos of those camels.
Have a lovely day together.

Have a wonderful time. xx
ReplyDeleteHave a great day. I made it out of b’sea on Monday and re-stocked the pantry. As usual, you and I are if one mind. You should have seen my trolley in Farmfoods 🤣. I am now officially a little old lady. A delightful lady raced across the car park offering to help me at social distance load my poor little car to the top. I thanked her nicely and said I would just take a shoe horn to it. Xxx
ReplyDeleteHave a great trip. Hopefully you will get to see the camels.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoyed the day & saw the camels. We have a couple out on a farm to the north of town, so I'll see if I can get a few photos too & we'll compare. Our second wave has hit here in Victoria & they are debating about another lockdown, as to whether it goes full or only partial & our country had another death yesterday which took the tally to 103. Us Victorians aren't allowed to visit any other state again, so a lot of school holiday plans have been thwarted. Fingers crossed that by the end of the year things will have eased. Take care, stay safe & huggles from down under.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a wonderful day out!
ReplyDeleteOh, how beautiful. I love camels. We had them in our show when I was a Rockette. They were in the Nativity Scene.
