Well, be honest. What would you do with an empty fruit juice bottle.. No, no, no. The reply is not.. Put it in the recycle bin :-) If you have been following my blog for a long time you will know that I used to spin my plastic carrier bags into plarn and crochet the fish (doesn't everyone) :-) I used some leftover scraps of yarn to make these. The orange yarn was split to make a lighter yarn for smaller fish. Tiny googly eyes really make a huge difference to the finished look. Fish tank gravel looks sweet but you could always crumple up tiny pieces of coloured tissue.
Love it!, great idea.

Clever girl. As I'm new to your blog, I'm impressed by your wonderful recycling & crafting prowess. I can see the fish tanks as a great thing for children who want fish, but their parents aren't keen on the upkeep. Take care, stay safe & hugs from down under.
ReplyDeleteOh, that's lovely.
