Gloriously sunny day

It's been another gorgeous day here in the frozen north and I have managed to get loads of towels and bedding dried outdoors. This morning I made a loaf of bread and cooked some vegetable rotis. The rotis will be lovely for a light meal this evening. I've topped them each with a slice of cheese and a good spoonful of the roast tomatoes. I'll pop them in the oven to melt the cheese and I have no idea whether this combination of flavours will work so I may or may not do it again.  How has your day gone?

  1. It's been a lovely day, thank you. Really good.
Lovely food photos - I bet they were as delicious as they look.

  2. They sound very nce. Thursday certainly wasn't one of my better days, possibly from lack of sleep & our fickle weather at the moment. I'm going to try and make the most of today with some sewing (none done for nearly a week), as it's blowing a gale outside, so probably no weeding/gardening happening. May get in a walk, hopefully. Take care, stay safe & hugs.
