The rescued chocolate bars

Tony and I love Aldi's Choceur dark chocolate.  Unfortunately Tony bought Moser Roth brand by mistake and it's really strong and bitter.  I didn't want to just chuck it out so I bought a huge bar of  choceur milk chocolate so that I could melt the two together.  I chose to melt three quarters of the milk with the dark.  The rest of the milk I cut into pieces and spread out in a dish that I had lined with greaseproof paper.  I poured the melted chocolate over the top and left it to cool before cutting it into chunks.  Resisting it will be hard as it's blimmin  lovely

  3. Wonderful idea, I like to make bark melting chocolate and adding fruit/nuts/mallow and such. One of my favourites is dark/milk/white chocolate with candy cane.
