Accepted an offer on the house

I have had a bit of haggling to do to get a better price but so long as everything goes though Alexander has just sold his house. I could weep when I see how much property here sells for compared to down south but we are just glad to be rid of it now.  I wonder if it might mean that they get married this year instead of next year.
