Gorgeous gourmet treats and Inglewhite Buffalo cheese

We are back from the farm shop and were amazed that it wasn't heaving with people when we arrived.  We had expected to be pushing through crowds of festive shoppers. It was starting to get really busy when we left so we must have just hit lucky with our timing.  There was a very handsome young man selling his delicious Buffalo Milk cheeses. I tried both the Inglewhite Buffalo and the Shipston blue.  I absolutely loved the Inglewhite one and immediately turned to the cheese counter and bought some. Tony is a blue cheese lover so we bought some of that too. Watch out next year as the leaflet he gave me says that they will be on TV. I wonder if it will be on Countryfile? Anyway, you heard about it here first so if you get the opportunity to buy some I can highly recommend it.
We are putting a festive hamper together for Alexander and Hanna so bought some pretty pasta in the shape of zoo animals. Tony chose the very brightly coloured bow shaped pasta for us. Each bow shape is quite large and it will make a fabulous base for a festive pasta salad. Then he spotted some very tasty sounding crisps so of course they went into the trolly too.  I have mentioned Mainsgill farm before but the quality of the produce still amazes me. It really is worth paying the extra for and I would shop there every week if money were no object
