| The tiny trees collection... and of course Santa and his reindeer |
Along the lanes I'd love to wend, near Artist's Mews, on Writer's Bend. Where fragrant flowers of every hue sparkle in the morning dew. I wish I lived in Carver's Valley, Quilter's Creek or Cross Stitch Alley. Just think of all the things I'd make, if I lived by Crafters Lake.......... Getting there slowly.
Today we had a drive out to Mainsgill Farm shop.. oh my word it is gorgeous there.  We have been before but it is absolute gourmet heaven.  I have bought a 'pheasant cushion' for tea tonight. It's pheasant breast stuffed with sausage meat and then wrapped in bacon. It's all tied and up looks amazing even before I cook it. It's even got a cherry on top. I am planning on making some lovely buttery mashed potatoes and serving it all with broccoli and cauliflower.  My stomach is rumbling at the thought.  I have hung mistletoe all over the house and hoovered up all the bits shed from the trees and swags.... that's multiple trees and swags as you will see tomorrow. I couldn't leave you without another Christmas snippet could I?
