Scarf ring

I did say that I would show you some of the pretty colours in my garden this week.  I took these yesterday.  And last night at woodcarvers I finished the body of my swan. I have still got to make the wing bit which will hold the swan to the scarf but I've used a bit of wooden skewer just so you can see how it looks.

The Acer looks stunning against the green Pyracantha hedge

This lovely rose  has the most amazing perfume.

This little flower throws out a vanilla perfume so strong that it stops me in my tracks each time I go anywhere near it

The gladioli is cuddling into the hedge

    Lovely flowers and swan. Our flowers all died after a frost a couple of weeks ago.

    That's beautiful, and will be so useful. I wear my shawl pins almost every day. That rose is spectacular! I love the colors and how they blend...

      I love shawl pins and have quite a few in my collection now. The rose has the most beautiful perfume.
