Along the lanes I'd love to wend, near Artist's Mews, on Writer's Bend. Where fragrant flowers of every hue sparkle in the morning dew. I wish I lived in Carver's Valley, Quilter's Creek or Cross Stitch Alley. Just think of all the things I'd make, if I lived by Crafters Lake.......... Off out for lunch
Alexander rang the other day and offered to take me out for lunch today... We are heading to a local pub around lunch time for a good natter and a nice pub lunch. It is lovely to spend a bit of time with him away from home now and then. I have done a little dusting and polishing this morning, dishes are washed and kitchen worktops wiped down. I have begun to tidy the spare bedroom... yet again. I am sure that my crafting stuff just migrates in there. At least I can see the bed again :-) I haven't seen Tony since Monday night as he went straight from work to the match in Manchester yesterday. He has at long last stopped waking me up when he gets up for work. It means that my normal waking up time is just after 07:00am giving me an extra hour of much needed sleep. I can't wait until my hip is sorted and I can turn over with waking up in pain... The Flexiseq ointment seems to be relieving some of the stiffness and pain and I am able to walk about without being in agony. The pain isn't completely gone but has greatly reduced. I am not sure though whether it is a placebo effect or the result of glucosamein and turmeric tables working their way into my system.. Time will tell.
