Along the lanes I'd love to wend, near Artist's Mews, on Writer's Bend. Where fragrant flowers of every hue sparkle in the morning
dew. I wish I lived in Carver's Valley, Quilter's Creek or Cross
Stitch Alley. Just think of all
the things I'd make, if I lived by Crafters Lake..........

This ended up being part knitted and part crocheted as I just didn't have any more space on the needles and I don't have a long circular one. It looks fine and if I didn't tell anyone they probably wouldn't notice... or care.
I was thinking the same thing as Marlene. That was a creative solution. I just transferred my shawl from a 30" circular needle to a 60" one. They just grow and grow! Yours is very pretty. Shawls are so useful.
Clever way to sort a problem.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of mixing the to crochet/knitting. It looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThat's a creative way to solve a problem - and it looks lovely. Fall is coming and this will be a pretty way to keep the chill off!
