The lovely crocheted shawl

I have been working on this for a few weeks and each time I wanted to give up at the 'shawlette' stage I put it away.  I am so glad that I did as it is really pretty and will protect my shoulders from sunburn  when the sun comes out for long enough that I  no longer need to take a coat.
