Health screening booklet

As you can see I have been playing with my lovely new die that Tony bought me for Christmas..... Ladies of a certain age might recognise which health care booklet arrived yesterday.  All I will say say is squashed and ouch!!!!!!!!!........Well it would have been a shame to use the pretty pink pages to light my wood stove with even it I can bake potatoes on it.
