Pea soup fog.

Tony's gone to work and I'm sitting in bed with a great signal so I'll make the most of it and reply to as many comments I can while it lasts. It's a real pea soup fog this morning and I don't think it will do my chest any good if I go for a walk so I'm not going to bother.  Joy has inspired me to pull some cookery books out so when I get up that's what I'll do. Stay safe everyone and if you don't need to go out then stay home and relax today.  Xx

  1. Enjoy the books. I'm really looking forward to mine in between housework, etc. I love a good recipe book trawl.

    1. Have you seen Aldis Christmas brochure? Prawns wrapped in bacon sounds divine and easily made.

  2. Nice to have a perfect excuse to peruse books and not go out. I work from home so it's different. I'd still get out even with blinkers on just for a scenery change.

    1. I've been out this morning and the sky was amazing. It looked like it was on fire.

  3. Thick fog here as well, and on both morning and afternoon school runs! Take care and stay warm.

    1. Thank you. It's a much nicer morning though rain is forecast.

  4. Have I missed something about you not being well? Hope you enjoyed the "light" reading. No fog here, but more rain. Will it ever stop & let the flooding subside. You take care & hugs.

  5. I've been reading and trying out recipes, as well. Fog always reminds me of San Francisco, where my favorite aunt lived.
