Entrelac

I'm spending a lot of time reading lately and yesterday I picked up one of my knitting books. After flicking through some gorgeous entrelac patterns I made a start on a scarf.  I'm using one of my yarn cakes and it's going to be really nice and warm to wear.

  1. OOOO that's lovely. I have started an entrelac scarf in Autumnal colours years ago - it's still on the needles - maybe once I finish the little cardigan I am doing, I shall dig it out! I used an online tutorial by Very Pink Knits. Love her for how simple she makes it.

    1. Thanks Rachel. I'm enjoying knitting it but need to concentrate or I make mistakes. Thankfully I am good at pulling back the rows. I've had plenty of practice. X

  2. I have looked at entrelac from a safe distance and decided never to go there, so all respect to you. It looks amazing.

    1. It's a bit fiddly but really easy once you get the hang of it. Ruddy bug still wearing me out. X

  6. WOW!!!!! One thing in knitting I've not tried, but sure looks interesting. In the middle of a jumper right now, so won't be starting anything else just yet. Keep relaxing and take care. Hugs from down under.

  7. Wow, Cherie! That looks fabulous! My teacher used to make entrelac socks. I have never tried it. I love your scarf. Is the pattern on Ravelry?
