Rainbow splashes
In my window I have some beautiful crystals hanging. They cast the most incredible rainbows across the sitting room carpet. Right now I am surrounded by rainbows and they really are beautiful. Last night I made a second teddy bear.. She needs a pretty scarf but I couldn't waste the opportunity to sit her next to a rainbow. The colours aren't showing as brightly on the photo so use your imagination. Imagine bright coloured rainbows all over my carpet...

Lovely bear, I am a huge crystals fan, I have a small collection of hanging ones, they are beautiful. I might write about them sometime.

DeleteYou are so prolific with your crafting Cherie and competent too! Your bears are so sweet. Do you stitch them by hand or machine? Love the rainbow carpet but where are the unicorns? :)
ReplyDeleteI have only ever stitched them by hand but am planning on making a much bigger one. I want to fill it with lavender as I have absolutely loads to use up. I am planning on using my sewing machine as it will cut the time down.
DeleteThe rainbows are magical, aren't they, even though we know how they are made. We have bevelled glass in our front door, which catches winter sunlight, and throws little rainbows on the floor and stairway. You have a pot-of-gold sized rainbow there; maybe you need to dig a little :)

DeleteBeautiful little bears. Prisms in the windows always remind me of my nan who had them at all her windows and as children we found them magical. My brother has them now, so still reminds us all of nan and happy memories. Emmax
