Carving club tonight

It seems absolutely ages since my wood carving club finished for the summer. I hadn't even looked at the piece of wood that I roughed out as a project. I took it out of the bag and thought I would let you see it in its very rough state.  Tonight I hope to crack on with it and see how it turns out. If it doesn't become a piece of firewood I will post a picture when it is finished

  1. Impressive! Is there any craft you can not do? Your talents amaze me.

Do you start with a drawing or do you do it freehand?

  3. Wow, you are one talented woman. A wonderful piece of work.
I found Gerard's sheet that gives ideas for foods that fight inflammation:
beans, flaxseeds, walnuts, green leafy vegetables, canola/olive oil and Omega-3 fatty acids such as salon and tuna. Hope that helps.
