Out of the oven

Here is one of the small meringues. I left it to cool and it is light and crispy and very tasty. There is no hint of bean at all... I have seen a chocolate version on you tube so tomorrow I might make some of those.  This is crazy... how is it even possible?

  1. It's amazing isn't it! I'm more of an eater than a baker but I'm always very impressed with aquafaba. I was really pleased with myself the first time I used apple cider vinegar as an egg replacer, it really works!
