Fell at the first hurdle
I was going to try the 7 day diet....... Big mistake. I am a much more a savoury person than a sweet tooth. Today should have been a fruit day. All I would be allowed to eat is fruit. Well after demolishing three quarters of a honeydew melon I have had enough. I have made a big pan of vegetable soup and added loads of chilli and other hot spices. I'm not going to drink my usual gallons of tea but planning to have small bowls of the soup throughout the day. I probably get through well over a pint of milk each day in cups of tea so that will be an instant reduction in my calorie intake. I need to find some other calcium rich foods and would welcome suggestions.
