The Christmas Poinsettia

We have never managed to keep a green leaf let alone a red one on a Poinsettia.  Usually by the end of Christmas the poor thing is ready for the compost bin..... So........ Ta Da......... waddya think of my Poinsettia today. It did  drop a couple of leaves in early January and we thought it was on its way out.   Can someone advise me whether I should be cutting it back now or just leave it alone

  1. I wouldn't have a clue, unfortunately. Mine have never lasted either so I've not needed to find out. I hope it lasts well for you. X

  2. I was gifted a lovely orchid plant as a housewarming present last year. I thought for sure it would be long gone by now with my past history of killing plants and how tempermental orchids are known to be. This beautiful plant is flourishing and growing new flowers as soon as others fall off. Go figure!! : ) xo
