Two weeks ago I attended a summer event. I showed the children how to make butterfly bracelets and was left with loads of snippets and scraps of coloured card. I collected the scraps up at the end of the session and I had intended to bin them. Instead I separated the different colours into bowls and soaked them in hot water. The following day I pulped the soggy card in my blender. My grandchildren Savannah and Ryan have been playing with the pulp today and I showed them how to make paper bowls. These are the end results of their work and I will leave them to dry for a couple of days before taking them off the bowls which we used as moulds.
